The finest swordsmanship in the universe - it is only appropriate you shall have a taste of it!

Eagle-eyed blog-watchers may notice that Babble's main character wears a Manchester United shirt here, which Lee requested as he's a big Man U fan because he doesn't live in Manchester or care about football. Me, I considered watching it when I saw Youtube videos of a guy they hired to go around kickboxing the crowd when he felt like it, but I discovered this was apparently a bad thing according to the FA, rather than the only thing that would make any sane person pay attention.

Watching:
I likes me some spaceship television, but I have to admit that as regressive, sexist, and aggressively stupid it can often be, 1.22 Its Hour Come Round At Last has the crew face a starship that is basically planets strung together and powered by a sun that shoots black holes and ends with the heroes' ship over-run by furry cannibal rapists, shot in half, and the crew either being raped/eaten or just been blown up by an explosion that's made the already mortally-wounded captain's day worse than it already was and apparently Space Satan is behind it all, so yes, Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda, that is most definately how you do a season finale.

Then I watched the BBC's Outcasts, which is grown-up, politically correct sci-fi "about characters" that is dull as fucking ditchwater. Thanks for raising that bar, Battlestar.

  2. Then why ask for "sexy Manchester United nightdress"? You're not fooling anyone, Robson.
